ROOT & RISE Lucie McKee | Thriving Through Perimenopause and Menopause: A Holistic Approach

One ticket. Six evenings. Six women. Lots of room to grow together. Space is intentionally kept small so the conversation stays real.
Just like a vine, growth starts underground.
Before a vine ever shows fruit, its roots go deep. They search, they anchor, they hold on through seasons no one sees. Only then does the vine rise toward the light. Root & Rise is a six-part series for women built around that same idea. Six evenings. Six voices. Six invitations to root into what grounds you, so you can rise into who you are becoming. Held once a month at the Social Club, Elsom Cellars Wine + Kitchen.
