Lifelong musician Michael Scott was born in Seattle and has been living in the local area most of his life. Playing in groups for live audiences evolved into opportunities to play with different bands around the Puget Sound area over the years. Michael has enjoyed playing in multiple rock and roll cover bands and always liked the camaraderie of friends and fellow musicians, playing different instruments and singing lead and back-up vocals. He has written and recorded multiple original songs over the years. In the past 8 years, he has been playing acoustic guitar as a “one-man show” and singing acoustic versions of a mix of classic rock, blues, country, pop and folk songs, in addition to some originals. Michael says, “music is part of our culture; it brings people together and connects us all with experiences and memories of the past, the present, and helps us envision and shape the future.”
