May 15th: Aaron Lindstrom

Aaron has two great loves: chocolate and music. His collection of chocolate bars is matched only by his treasure trove of vinyl records. For almost two decades, Aaron has been lucky enough to work professionally in both the chocolate and music world. Cocoa Legato is the result of Aaron blending his two passions: a place where bean-to-bar chocolate and live music come together to create something truly special. When he’s not making chocolate, you can find him playing with his soul/rock project, Lindstrom and The Limit, or playing bass in a countless different projects around Seattle. He can also be found watching reruns of Smallville with his cat.

  • Cocoa Legato:
    • Cocoa Legato is Seattle’s newest home for Bean-To-Bar chocolate and music. Our home in Greenwood is a live music venue/ a chocolate factory / and a cafe-restaurant serving food all based in chocolate. Every bar comes with a musical pairing that showcases one of Seattle’s incredible independent, female, queer, or BIPOC artists. Our chocolate is all crafted in our factory, using Colombian and Peruvian cacao. Our cafe for a selection of vegan pastries and/or our signature Chocolate Grilled Cheese Sandwich. At night, we transform our space into a live music venue, showcasing the best of Seattle’s jazz, folk, R&B and fusion artists. Cocoa Legato is a proudly Latinx and queer-owned business. https://www.cocoalegatochocolate.com
