Lauren is a singer-songwriter, vocalist and rhythm guitarist whose music spans five EPs and three singles, including a Talking Heads cover produced with Grammy-winning engineer Alfonso Rodenas. Her catalog moves freely between ballads of self discovery, story-driven narratives and a handful of inventive covers –  alongside her work founding Seattle rock band Buried Blonde. That range is shaped by a full life lived loudly: surviving three natural disasters, a pro wrestling career and training in stand-up comedy in Los Angeles. The result is a troubadour’s catalog: honest, hard-won and built for the stage.
